Crock Pot Meals – February Edition!

OMG I love these things soooo much!! Saves so much time and saves soooo much money!   $140 of groceries at Publix for 12 meals (~$11.00 a meal) Thanks to Graciously Saved for the recipes! I did a little bit of manipulation of things myself. Mostly, the previous meals that we made rendered just way too much food. So, with every meal requiring chicken breasts, I would only include 2, as that’s really all that Mike and I can eat and STILL have left overs. Crab Rangoon

Tonight I made crab rangoons for a couple of Mike and I’s friends for the premiere of the Walking Dead for February. Mike loves these and I always figure that we are being way over charged when we order then from anywhere else…so…Tracy makes it for her baby! Ingredients 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked 4 ounces (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA® Neufchatel Cheese, softened 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1/4 cup KRAFT® Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 12 wonton wrappers Directions HEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE first 4 ingredients.
